My original intent with this site was to serve an audience of absolute beginners and help translate the benefits of meditation and mindful living.

I believed there was a hole in communication with the meditation world – often relying too heavily on eastern jargon. While I still believe there is an incredible opportunity to translate these rich wisdom traditions to the Western masses, as my own practice understanding has grown my approach has as well.

I discovered that learning and writing at the same time interfered with my practice, and I stopped making regular posts sometime around mid 2016. The nature of this blog has changed considerably, and new content is currently paused.
